Return Policy (Right of Withdrawal)

At minMall, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In accordance with Norwegian law (Angrerettloven), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping online.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. To exercise this right, you must clearly notify the seller before the period expires.

2. Returning Goods

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to the seller without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The buyer (you) must bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless the seller has stated otherwise.

3. Condition of the Goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. If the item has been used beyond this, the seller may deduct an amount corresponding to the loss of value from your refund.

4. Refunds

If you withdraw from your purchase, the seller shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery. The reimbursement will be carried out without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day the seller was informed of your decision.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain types of goods, including:

• Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
• Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (e.g., fresh food).
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
