1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using minMall, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must stop using the marketplace.

These terms apply to all users, including guests, buyers, sellers, and business accounts.

2. Marketplace Model

minMall provides the technical platform for product discovery, checkout, and order coordination. Products are offered by independent sellers. Unless specifically stated, minMall is not the manufacturer of listed products.

3. Accounts and Access

• You must provide accurate, current account information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for activity under your account credentials.
• You must not share account access or attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
• We may suspend or terminate access for security, policy, or legal reasons.

4. Buyer Terms

• Review product details, delivery estimates, and seller information before placing orders.
• Prices, taxes, and shipping are shown at checkout; final charge depends on selected options.
• Order status updates are provided through marketplace workflows and notifications.
• Buyers must use lawful payment methods and provide accurate shipping details.

5. Seller Terms

• Sellers must publish truthful listings, clear pricing, and accurate stock availability.
• Sellers are responsible for compliance with applicable product, tax, and consumer laws.
• Sellers must ship within stated handling windows and provide valid fulfillment information.
• Sellers are responsible for customer support quality and lawful handling of returns/refunds.
• Seller payout access may depend on verification and payment onboarding status.

6. Payments, Refunds, and Payouts

Payments are processed through integrated third-party payment providers. By placing an order or selling on the platform, you also agree to applicable provider terms.

Refund requests may follow a marketplace workflow involving buyer request, seller decision, and platform/admin override where necessary. Approved refunds are processed according to payment provider capabilities and legal obligations.

7. Prohibited Use

• No fraud, charge abuse, phishing, scraping attacks, malware, or attempts to bypass platform security.
• No illegal products, deceptive content, or intellectual property infringement.
• No manipulation of reviews, ratings, disputes, or transaction records.
• No misuse of platform APIs, scripts, or automation that degrades service for others.

8. Content and Intellectual Property

Platform branding, software, and marketplace materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit platform assets without permission.

By uploading content (for example, listings and images), you confirm you have the required rights and grant minMall a license to host and display that content for marketplace operations.

9. Platform Availability and Changes

We continuously improve the platform and may change or discontinue features, workflows, or integrations. We aim for reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, marketplace services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that services will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

minMall is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless minMall from claims, losses, or costs resulting from your breach of these terms, misuse of the platform, or violation of law or third-party rights.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where needed to protect users, enforce these terms, or comply with legal duties. Provisions that by nature should survive termination continue to apply.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws of Norway unless mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.

14. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms over time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and, where required, additional notice.
