Shipping Information

minMall is a marketplace for independent Norwegian sellers. Because you are buying directly from individual stores, shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on which seller you order from.

1. Delivery Times

Our sellers strive to pack and dispatch items as quickly as possible. Normally, orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Since all sellers are located in Norway, you can expect your package to arrive within 2-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart before you complete your payment. If you buy from multiple different sellers in the same order, you will receive separate packages from each seller, and shipping costs will be calculated per store. Some sellers offer free shipping over a certain threshold.

3. Delivery Partners

Most packages are sent using Posten, Bring, or PostNord. In most cases, you will receive a tracking number via email as soon as the package is dispatched, allowing you to follow your shipment all the way to your mailbox or pickup point.

4. International Shipping

Currently, minMall is focused on the Norwegian market, and by default, we only offer delivery to addresses within Norway.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package gets lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact the seller directly as soon as possible. They will assist with tracking the package, filing a claim with the carrier, or arranging a replacement/refund in accordance with Norwegian consumer law.
